		<description>Buy blanched almonds, and wizgh (OK it&#039;s a word made up by Mel&#039;s younger stepsister) them up in the kitchen wizz (food processor), until they are very fine. I think that will do it. You can do the same with ordinary sugar to make castor sugar.</description>
