I’m Very Impressed

Not one single one of you felt the need to point out that starting to renovate one’s kitchen when one is 33 weeks pregnant might not be the smartest thing in the world to do? Especially when one turns green at the mere thought of DIY renovations – and that’s on a good day?

You would, of course, have been right :giggle:

It’s OK. It really is. The wall is down, and the roof has not caved in. I will survive, even if my sanity does not.

๐Ÿ˜ณ It’s not something I would have done, but if it needs doing, when is the right time and all that.

Just try and relax as much as you can, in spite of the chaos.

    (((hugs)))

I agree with Heather on the relaxing stuff. You wouldn’t want to stress out poor Small. Besides, you don’t want to encourage those hiccoughs, do you? ๐Ÿ˜‰

I’m glad that the wall came down without any major drama. It helps to add professionals into the equation, especially when they’re related. They’re cheaper. LOL

oddly it didn’t seem that odd to me at all :topsy: My sister-in-law often thought renovating this or that was an excellent thing to do while pregnant. After they finished the nursery, which took weeks since they had a friend paint a Pooh mural on one wall, they took to finishing off the entire basement in the house and then put new flooring down on the whole main floor. So I guess renovating the kitchen just sounded like something you would have a need to do just like the odd food cravings some women get while pregnant. ๐Ÿ˜‰ Hope it works out well and the kitchen is all it should be
