Clocktober

Blogtoberfest Day 3: I’m sure Amy denoted today Clocktober to remind us all to turn them forward!

I’m by no means a part of the anti-Daylight-Savings-camp, but the wisdom of starting it a day before school starts back kind of escapes me. It takes me at least a few days to fully adjust, and the kids too. I wonder how many kids will turn up late for school on Monday?!

This boy is showing signs of wanting to play all night, so it won’t be just that one lost hour I’m bemoaning in the morning

I’m with you on the timing of daylight savings this year. What on earth were they thinking??!! Gorgeous shot you’ve taken there. I just want to squidge his cheeks (gently of course!!)

Insane, takes me girls several weeks to get settled after daylight savings.

I am so not looking forward to tomorrow morning. Hope you little man lets you get some sleep.

  3. Clocktober and daylight savings colliding was one of those happy coincidences that amaze you when they happen. I completely forgot about DST until about three hours before bed! I went back and edited my own post as a reminder!

I get what you’re saying about tired kids and adjusting. bad timing!? (bad pun)
